I did a double transaction of rupees 6150 to a number on Paytm ,that amount was sent to a merchant app user ,when i approached the user to reverse the payment he showed me proof that the paytym merchant app has entry of recived transaction but it hasn’t transferred to his account due to which he cant reverse my payment. Paytym helpline is not providing me support in this case because i am not in merchant category user .i have details of merchants order id and transaction id still i am helpless . Either the merchant gets the Money To reverse it back or it should be directly sent to my account again
