Hello sir/mam,
My name is akshay gurung and my olymptrade I’d is 33767507 and my registered mobile no is 9541855471. I made an deposit of 580$ on 25 April 2022 and that amount was not reflected on my life trading account then I called customer service of olymptrade and they said to me wait for 24hrs it will reflected soon then again I call after 24hrs then then they said we are creating a task and your problem will resolve in 24hrs to maximum 5 days but after 5 days my problem was not resolved then I called customer service again on 2/05/2022 and told them I need my money urgently on 05/05/2022 because I have to pay my loan amount and they said me ok will again create a task for u and will resolve soon it will take 24hrs to max 5days and my loan amount is over due now. This is happened with me third time first is on deposit of 1000$ Second is of 110 usd and now of 580$ and if I don’t have to pay loan amount then may be I will never charge a file bt now it’s my from and they are not solving and it is there responsibility how to manage there platform.
I hope from this I will get solution soon.
My task number is BS13376. I need to pay my loan amount and they will not understand.
If payment is declined from platform then it’s there duty to resolve soon they resolve problems after 30days and that amount is reflected on live account not in bank account this is third time and this time I need to pay my loan amount to bank.
