I had deposited 99.99 in MBM bed on 9th September 2025 which got credited to my account but was not credited to the merchant’s account. This is what they said. When I complained to them two days later, they again asked me for video proof and my account statement and screenshot. I gave them everything. After that they said that there is a problem in your bank. You contact your bank and they will solve your problem. The money has not come to our account from there, so I complained to the bank and it got resolved. The bank said that the money has been credited to the beneficiary’s account. But when I contacted them again, they said that they did not receive any money. You should contact your bank only. I have told them this three-four times. I have also given them the screenshot of the resolution of the complaint, but they still say that they do not have it.
