I completed my all procedure with the nira app in 30 jan 24 but today is 5 February and my loan amount not disbursed. And the customer staff of nira finance is not responding.

Icompleted my all procedure with the nira app in 30 jan24 but today is 5 February and my loan amount not disbursed. And the costomer staff of nira finance is not responding.
