Smart qarza is a fraud,thy said apply for a loan,bt thy dont send amount in account,after 7 days they cal again and agian for instalment,it was my really bad experiance,smart qarza staff every time said wrong,i got applly 20 thousand bt thy dont send money,plz care or smart qarza ,it was very very bad,app,
