I have ordered product of iPhone to seller SHODE Express. I made the payment of booking charges via phonepe. After that I got some tracking ID and product image which was packed .So I couldn’t see the original items. I do tracking my order via tracking ID on Delhivery App . Some 3-4 day I got the courier but When I opened that Courier I saw this is unusable duplicate phone. I was shocked all this process of unboxing is happening on video call with seller SHODE Express agent . When I asked what is this they told me that this is due some mistake. Even she told me that I will get full refund back. She gave 7 day to me for full refund process. But after 7 Day I didn’t get any refund and When I am trying to call , they are not picking the call.not answering on call or wathapp. I have all evidence against them .
Please help us to get my money back.
