I am facing a long time period problems with my Airtel account data use. In addition I can’t make or receive any call through my Airtel mobile number 9007926729. Although my Airtel account shows enough data balance and unlimited calls.
I made complain to customer care centre several times through my email address gdutta.dipti@gmail.com or from different platforms i.e other mobile phone. But the customer care team suggested that get your email address registered by calling 121. How can I get it registered when I can’t make any call from my mobile phone 9007926729 ? They didn’t redress my problems for more than fortnight.
I am being a senior citizen of my country can’t go to any of office physically in this pandemic situation of Corona. But when I have raised my Airtel account service problems, the customer care team is simply bypassing the issues for one reason or other. This is not a right approach to restore the service seamlessly.
Please do the needful action so that I can get my Airtel account data and phone call services as per my account. Please also advise Airtel authority to extend the validity period to the extent of non compliance period.
Thanks to the Appellate authority . I am waiting for your kind persuasion to register my email address gdutta.dipti@gmail.com in my Airtel mobile number with a request to restore my Airtel account service seamlessly at the earliest time.
