I can’t recharge through the My Jio App. At a certain point of time, I’m facing a error box message.

Hi, This is Vincent. Am a  Reliance Jio user. I can not recharge through My Reliance Jio App. At a certain point, I face an error box message. After completing the online transaction, the amount of money goes from my bank account, but I faced the wrong error message in My Reliance Jio App. I have not received any amount of customer complaints regarding this. I have not received any money from the bank. One may be that once it’s okay, but four times I face this problem.

In the date of 27-01-2019, I was recharged as 149 rs, and 28-01-2019, I was recharged in boost pack of rs 51, and past month 2 times recharged booster pack worth of 21 rs. So i lost the money of while using Reliance Jio network 244 rs.

Kindly Take immediate action for this complaint.
If its cant any action for this, i going to quite my Reliance Jio network.
