Text of Complaint by Sanjay Kumar Thakur:

Dear sir/madam,

I am a resident of Kharangajhar,Telco colony a locality in Jamshedpur. I have been registering a complain about not receiving cable service on my television screen since last 3 days and the Telco cable office operator has failed to provide a remedy to the problem. He has been procrastinating upon the problem and has continuously been giving false assurance as to when he would fix the problem.On Friday  evening when the amplifier burnt he said he would repair it by Friday night but he failed in doing so.On Saturday he said he would do the needful by 10 am on Saturday but again he failed it has been Sunday we called him again and he said he would deliver his promise by 12 pm today but he failed again. Such a lethargic attitude towards customers wasn’t expected from a company like yours.I hope my problem would be solved soon.
