I ordered on 20 september, cancelled on 25 september and got my order on 26 september. The product which I received, that is not updated in my profile. I got calls from flipkart that share tax invoice, shipping lable and product image. I have sent all the relevant documents 4-5 times to grievance.officer@flipkart.com. One of your executive told me that he did not receive any email from my side. Around 11.58 am i talked your executive regarding the same issue. He shared me email and the subject of the email is “Help us with your feedback”, he told me reply and share documents on this email. I did the same. But this email id i.e. no-reply@flipkart.com is also not valid. I am really fed up now. I request you to please do the needful as early as possible. I am attaching all the documents again. Please find the attached files for your ready reference.
