I buy a new postpaid sim before 15 days and several time I call in customer care for activation of sim but every time they told me the sim is not issue on your name ,sim is under verification, after two days your sim will start..and today again I call in customer care and the person of of other side of phone told me sir your sim is activate plz put your sim in Mobile and call to 59050 after this activity your sim will start…I follow the instructions but again the result zero….now I am asking why they people lieing and whtly they behaved like this for reliable customer. Past one and half year I use the Airtel postpaid connection now I want the extra sim because I have dual SIM mobile but for this type of behavior I am unhappy with Airtel..
