I bought a Nokia pure book S14 laptop in Flipkart on 6th June 2023. I faced issue with the keyboard of the laptop and reported tha same. The complaint was registered and assisted the technical team to visit and investigate on issue and refund the amount which was suppose to be held on 19-Jun-2023. As there is no response I called up again to check the status of the complaint the support team stated that tech re visit is initiated which will be on 24-Jun-2023 but the same situation happened again and again and issue was not yet resolved. Hence I would like to file a complaint against the issue and ask for the solution.kindly do the needful
