1st Service Engineer visit: First time i am not satisfied with your this product(Grain Grinder Model No: PGG 01), this product box have already mentioned the production capacity of 03 to 05 kg per hour, but actual production capacity in 1.8kg per hour(But some time only 1kg) and some time machine automatically stop within 20-25 minutes, very very disappointed.(When your Service Engineer check actual production capacity in 1.7kg per hour Only)
2nd Service Engineer visit: Second time you service engineer visit in our premises and the problem is still same, half an hour production capacity in 800 gm only, but this product box have already mentioned the production capacity of 03 to 05 kg per hour.(Frustrating Experience)
