Text of Complaint by Ajay Agrawal:

I bought new connection of broadband from airtel on 25th January2020 and was disconeected immediately just after 5 days on 30th January2020.Disconnection was took place due to illegal DP box was installed without taking permission of local goverment body so they(Mumbai Mahanagar palika) destroy the DP box. I made payment for three months advance to them. And even made several complaints on phone and by email they did not response for my reconeection nor refund even more than one year passed.
I request to look into the matter and help me.
