I need your kind attention to my unsolved query on Flipkart regarding how I have been disappointed by Flipkart during BBD sales this year
I am loyal customer for year but now I am in despair on the trust in Flipkart to the grave
I bought iPhone 14 plus 128 gb starlight on the 8th oct and received it by 10th oct 2023 through an open box delivery
I was at the office hence my wife had received it, the e kart person had confirmed the product to be iPhone 14 plus to my wife since the yellow label with serial number on the product says IPHONE 14 PLUS and open box to confirm the color which is starlight, my wife had accepted the product based on the color and the product label on the product box from your supplier which says IPHONE 14 PLUS but to our despair the product received is IPHONE 14 inside a box labelled IPHONE 14 PLUS
Not in a million years I would expect an IPHONE 14 Inside an IPHONE 14 PLUS labelled box that too from a reputated company like Flipkart
I tried, cried and fought with all your customer care executives and waited 2 weeks but I have not received a slightest hope that my phone to be replaced, everybody says it can’t be replaced because it’s a open box delivery and you confirmed it, if that’s my mistake and have to face the loss, what would Flipkart face with the mistake of sending a wrong item and labelling it with incorrect product label which confuses the customer while receiving it, if the box had a label of IPHONE 14 my wife wouldn’t have accepted the order, the box has a label of IPHONE 14 PLUS and the phone inside was an iPhone starlight so my wife who couldn’t make the .7 inch screen size difference unknowingly based on trust in Flipkart accepted the order.. for this if Flipkart wants the customer to face 10k loss then i don’t know how to believe in Flipkart henceforth
I beg you sir to please replace my phone as a gesture of so many years of trust in Flipkart, it was my wife s birthday gift from me after taking a credit card loan from my friend, I waited so a year to gift my wife an iPhone on her birthday
Please help!!!
