I bought 1 fastag of 450 from Airtel online on S july 15,2020. After payment done they send me a message that they will notify me when the order will ships. But till date I didn’t get any message and they are not even replying me of my mails. I trying many time to call Airtel customer care no. 400 but call not received by Airtel employee .
Either Airtel send order to my address with 2 days or refund my debited amount with panelty.
