I bought a fastag of wallet no. 9660344844 about 11 ago but the same not delivered at home.
i tried to many time for calling customer care no. 400 but they not received call and said by computer “we will call you after some time” but till now not came any call from Airtel.
They gave 6to8 days for fastag delivery but after 11day order not dispetch and not give any information regarding order.
I tried many time to call customer but they not received call.
450 rupees debit from my wallet on the day of order.
In this circumstances what I do?
Either send my order in next two days or refund my debited amount worth interest.
I request to dispatch to order.
