I bought a smartphone (Oppo F15) After 6 day I was not happy with the phone’s performance therefore I want to return my order. First day I called customer care he said that my product will be returned and I’ll get the refund. I talked to around 3-4 customer supporters all them promised to return the product.But now I’m getting to know that they will only replace my order with new one. I also the call recordings as proof.
