i bought a settop box under outright purchase of tatsky and after 14 years, they want the set top box back as i want to end the subscription. i want to get the balance of 3225.26 available under my tatasky account. they are saying i need to submit the set top box in order to get my money which i find illegal.

i bought a settop box under outright purchase of tatsky and after 14 years, they want the set top box back as i want to end the subscription. i want to get the balance of 3225.26 available under my tatasky account. they are saying i need to submit the set top box in order to get my money which i find illegal.
