I bought a new sim on 30 October 2023, it’s been approx 2 months still even after having 5g handset device I am not able to use 5g network .

I live in Udaipur, Rajasthan, I bought sim from here on 30 October 2023, it’s been approx 2 months. I did recharge of 249 which is above 239 for 5g usage as per condition.i have 5g phone . Device name- Poco M6 pro 5g. I did all the settings for 5g but still i am not able to use 5g. I had previous sim of jio that sim was working on 5g but in this new sim I am not able to use 5g ..please solve this issue.
