Namaskar. I am an Assistant Proffessor in Physics in Govt College Bhadrak. I bought a JIO fi on 01.10.2018 from authorised JIO dealer Bhadrak of Address-Rajghat Bridge,Math Sahi. Bhadrak. Model No is-Jiofi-2 Roter-M2 (Blak)
The sim number is-6371401685
2 days already passed,it is not functioning ,no internet is coming.
The technical Expert who took the payment is of Id no-6033737127.he is neither cooperative or cordial with not of good behaving to sort out the solution for this.
the jio sim installed in jiofy is of number -6371401685.
Product Number of JIOfy device is-91156089576169
I fill distressed due to such poor service ad carelessness of JIO ,which i never expected.
kindly sort out the problem, so that with jiofy i can use internet.
