I booked Redmi note 7 mobile on 16 may 2019 from flipkart and delivery date provided 17 may 2019.
However product not delivered to me at delivery date without any delay notification. I was contact for customer care executive but he was also not provided any satisfactory status of product.
Now on 18 may 2019 still product delivery date show 17 may 2019 and this was clearly misguide of customer about it product.
It was also noted that during booking of mobile delivery date shown on 17 may 2019 after confirmation of date I booked mobile because on date it was marriage anniversary and I gift the mobile on same date.
This is clearly misguide of customer and non professional way to treat the customer.
