I booked jio fibre, a person came to explain and he told to pay 2500 to the company.the payment was successful and the seller told that enginner will come by 6pm then engineers came and installed everything bt after that they said that there are no port free in your area and uninstall everything and took with them giving the word that in 2 days they will resolve the issue bt its been 3rd day and the seller is not picking the call and even customer care is still saying that your request is pending. In the days of online classes kids at home are suffering due to bad service of jio.
