I booked jio diwali gift phone from my jio app, my account debited for the same and i received sms for the confirmation of booking. But when i visited jio store thy said your phone is not booked. I called customer service centre but they are saying we dont have any information about this. I called so mnany times to different customer service centr but they were not giving me proper reply. So sir please help me.
