I have booked tickets through kotak mahindra mobile banking app,, but the transaction got failed & the amount got deducted from my account. i was informed the transaction would take 5-6 days. I did the transaction on 26th December, 2018. Transaction amount: Rs. 7021.96/-. Transaction ID: 0007911476.
