Text of Complaint by Shivya nirbhay:

On 14 October 2023 I suffered with my family because of that worst hotel and their staff they told us to stay in that worst condition room. And the room which I booked on the basis of the fake pictures of the hotel they gave that room to another person.
So I called to OYO hotel and complained against that hotel and they booked a new hotel for me and I paid 4000 +189 rupees there.
After that I complained many time to Agoda by e mail but didn’t give me any reply I sent them all receipts which they want but still I had no reply from AGODA .
I want my refund with panalty.do needful action for that situation I faced.
