hello sir, i am nitin mishra, i am writing you to inform about a misbehavior of a hotel namly “Patnimal Riverside paradise hotel Haridwar. i book room there and paid 3000 rs in advance for 11 june. for my wife transfer i am not able to continue the journey , i informed the hotel (by 4 june) about this, they are refusing me to return the advance amount.
i feel it is unfair , please do the needful.
