I booked a indigo flight ticket from Lucknow to Kolkata via travolook on 26 march 2021. My ticket was cancelled by travolook and I have not received refund for it, when I called the support helpline number provided by travolook many times, every time new one received the call and take 10-12 working days time to refund the money, but they have not refunded the money till now.
I emailed them,also given the reminder email for it, but didn’t get the satisfied answer nor refund.
