For my stay in Nellore from 28.07.2023 to 30.07.2023, I have booked a hotel room in advance on ibibo. I also paid the total money Rs. 2,347 on 27.07.23. But the hotel told me that Ibibo did not send the mail related confirmation to this to the hotel. When I went to the hotel, it was midnight and the hotel did not even agree to give me another room at that time. I was very troubled by this and they did not return my money back.
