I booked a flight ticket from Pune to Lucknow through varafi.com. when I go to SPICEJET website and search for the given PNR number, it says PNR number is not valid. This is fraud with me.
The Flight Ticket cost me ₹4350. When I am calling their customer Care number, no one is picking the call.
Later on when I google about varafi.com, I got to know its a fraud website and I was victim.
Please help me in getting my hard-earned money.

The tickets booked are on “Promotional fares”, hence there is no guarantee of the same getting confirmed, though Varafi sends a PNR number upon booking.
After continuous follow-up for 15 days since date of cancellation, I received my refund. They do keep responding to your emails & calls. Varafi did not cheat me.
