After the flight was cancelled I immediately called them and wrote a mail. On the call they said that I will get my refund back in 24hrs but nothing happened. I tried calling them the next day my calls weren’t being answered. I kept writing emails and I was told to wait for 15 days. I still kept reminding them. I emailed them again after 15 days but there has been no response. I am a college student and money does not come easy for me. I need the money and I have mentioned this multiple times to them and now they have completely stopped responding and my money is stuck.
