I purchase I Bell Electric Kettle from amazon but kettle stop working in just 1 month,
I complained to i bell customer care no response,
also complained to i bell what sup number but they are not helping me, after so many reminder they courier a hardware on my residence which is not related to the actual issue, again when i complained multiple time they saying go to repair shop and share the bill we will reimburse up to 150 Rs,

All repair shop asking minimum 250 Rs service charge and hardware coast extra,

what is the use for warranty comes up with the product??
