I bought a charger today and it wasn’t working then i applied for return and refund but they delivered me exchange of the item, i told the delivery guy that i mentioned return not exchange then he said first receive the delivery then applied for return again.
Now blinkit agent is saying that you should have returned the item when delivery guy came to deliver the product.
I told them that delivery guy refused to accept the return and gave me exchange of that product. Now the blinkit agent refusing to take return and refund.
