Bharti axa General Insurance– I wanted to get NCB Reserving Letter and deposited all the required documents as per their word and as per my documents they have send me to their office to collect NCB RESERVING LETTER on Monday(8-6-2020) but no one was there to give NCB Reserving Letter which they have issued as per my documents given and my NCB Reserving Letter request number- 03209238. Then you publicly(9-6-2020) they said that they have send it to my e mail on(9-6-2020) on e mail ref no-03224119 which just lie because they send again the NCB certificate instate of NCB Reserving letter . Now today(10-6-2020)are asking for alternate policy.Please check how liar and cheater they are. Real shameless company.What alternate policy?? If it was not there then what you all was doing from past 10 days?? Today is the last day and by tomorrow I have to renew my new car policy else I will not get NCB benefits. Then how they have written yesterday they have send Reserving Letter to my e mail id?? Liar. Why they send me their office to collect NCB RESERVING LETTER?? I had to drive 30 KM from Bahadurgarh to Delhi to their branch.Today (10-6-2020) I got a call from this cheat company and they are asking for all documents again after 10 days where as I have send all documents many times and based on the documents only they were ready to give NCB Reserving Letter but now to just to harass, asking for more documents.Now tell me which one one should believe where they first told that my NCB Reserving Letter is ready & reference number is– 03209238 and they send me to their New Delhi branch to collect but no one was there to give it. Then they said that they have send it to my e mail id yesterday(9-6-2020) but its false message they have written in twitter handle also. and today(10-6-2020) they are again asking for alternate policy copy . It means they have not prepare my NCB Reserving Letter. They were simply lying.Now why they are keep on changing their word?? do they think public are fool here. Its shows how reputed company they are. Kindly take it seriously and do needful else they will make fool every one. I had also made a complaints to IRDAI website and If required then I will go to court also to give them a lesson. Now waiting for your revert about your step on this matter. I have already update you many times regarding this matter before.
