My connection was cancelled but money was not refunded to me.

I already have airtel postpaid connection in the name of Yata Swecha, her mobile number is 9160388733, I am not able to claim the bill from my office, they are asking for a prepaid bill.

I got a call from airtel broadband team (his name is banuthu umesh & contact number is 950263883), he said that he is giving two connections (broadband & DTH) for 1,500 free for first month, bill will be generated from second month, I clearly told him that I need prepaid connection, That’s why I’m closing my current postpaid broadband connection, he said it’s a prepaid connection. He installed the connection on 08-01-2023.

I sent a mail regarding this please cancel my connection, refund my money, i paid for this connection rs 1500

My connection was disconnected on 16th Jan 2023, but the money was not refunded, I didn’t get any single point of contact from the airtel team. they are not responding properly.
