Dear sir/madam,
I applied loan in Monzo loan app and they asked 5% need to pay before loan process and i paid. before that i asked proof he shared some samples which already few customer paid and got their loan. 5% loan amount was 25000 and i paid it after that they processed and its got freeze due in correct bank details. now they are asking to pay again 10% of loan amount.
i regrated and asked for refund not responding.
please help me ASAP im in very bad situation.
