I applied for loan and without informing me me about the interest the bank had transferred 7k INR into my account and after 7 days i received a message from well credit stated to deposit 5654 INR and after after depositing this amount the guy told me that the file will be closed and even he mentioned the discount of INR 5654 in his message and after 7 days i again received a message from well credit to deposit INR 12564 when I asked what is this amount for the guy told me that you have not paid the loan amount, i said i have already paid in last week to which he said you opted for extension for 7 days and now you have to pay full amount of INR 12564.
I was not even informed about the extension policy.
They are just doing fraud with the customers.
