I am sashi from ranchi jharkhand I have applied a Jio Optical Fiber Connection to Jio Service. (Order number is NO0000N9JY5W) to Mr. LOKESH KUMAR RAI. He came to our home on 18th Oct 2022 . I asked to apply Jio Internet, Call, and TV-based connection. He asked to deposit Rs 4240 in Jio. I deposited the same in front of him and asked him to provide an internet connection within 24 hours .But, Jio connection did not have initiated till 27 oct 2022, (I think it is first time in your history) due to misbehaving of your employee and false commitments,
