I contacted the https://www.onlinelegalindia.com/ for protection against an online job company (this was confirmed as a fraud company) when they threatened me via email. They said they will file a case against me in Gujarat court. So I approached this onlinelegalindia to help me with this case. Even after I paid them 1204.74 via credit card. Even after 5 days, I couldn’t hear from them and I complained to cyber cell. I send an email to them to cancel the service I paid for and contacted the online chat support available on site for refund but they denied the refund telling me that I can avail the service later for any other legal issues in future. I find this not fair and I complained this to my Bank to which I made the payment. They contacted the merchant and now they are telling that the merchant denies chargeback.
