I applied for a loan through golden kash for 25000/- but after sometime the loan amount changed to 5000 where 2950/- will be the net amount and 2000 will be taken as service fee.I am trying to cancel the loan and they are unresponsive.

I applied for a loan through Golden kash App for rs.25000/- but then the loan amount changed to 5000/- where the net paid amount is 2950/- and 2000 will be taken as service charge.Now I am requesting them not to credit the amount or to delete my profile yet they are unresponsive.I didn’t ask for 5000 Rs.
