I applied for a Loan of Rs.30000/- from the App Kredito24 on 16/01/2026.However I only received Rs 24078 into my Bank account.The Loan tenure was only 21days, which violates RBIs(Reserve Bank of India’s)Fair practices code digital lending.Thereafter I repaid extension fees Rs 15000)- on 06/02/2026 for extension period for 14 days only.Thereafter Kredito24 App showing an outstanding balance of Rs.43002/-Daily overdue charges Rs.1100/-per day charging by Kredit24 App.They are charging exorbitant late fees and interest that were not transparently disclosed.Therewere no signed Loan Agreement pdf disclosed by Kredit24 app.Further I am being severally harassed by their recovery agents through threatening calls and messages.I am willing to pay the legitimate principal amount I received but I refused to pay these illegal and arbitrary charges .I request the authorities to take strict action against this Loan app for predatory lending and harassment.Please provide protection against any misuse of my personal data or contacts.Note:These Kredito24 app already removed from playstore by Reserve Bank of India.
