I applied Loan for a Loan of 30000 from the app Kredito24.However,I only received 24000 in my account .The Loan tenure was only 21 days,Which violates RBIs Fair practices code for digital lending. After 21 days, despite paying repaid extension fees Rs.15000/-back for 14 days,the app is showing an outstanding balance of Rs.39510/-They are charging exorbitant late fees and interest that were not transparently disclosed.Further more I am being severally harassed by their recovery agents through threatening calls and messages.I am willing to pay the legitimate principal amount I received,but I refuse to pay these illegal and arbitrary charges.Resquest: I request the authorities to take strict action against this Kredit24 App for predatory lending and harassment.Please provide protection against any misuse of my personal data and contacts.
