I applied a loan from a site smart link loan. They deducted my 2000 rs saying that it will be refunded. No refund came and no loan amount received. nd now when i am asking the refund.. they are blackmailing me by saying that if i dont pay another 5000 i will suffer with very serious problem. I already paid 2000rs dey are saying that they havent received
