Initial Contact: I was contacted by Shine Airways regarding a job opportunity in the aviation sector. They assured me that I would be placed in a reputable position at Ludhiana Airport, Sahnewal, provided I completed a training course.
Training Course: Shine Airways recommended Eroze Academy for a three-month diploma course in aviation, costing INR 30,000. Trusting their promise, I enrolled in the course and made the full payment.
Course Quality: The training provided by Eroze Academy was substandard, consisting primarily of recorded lectures with little to no interaction or practical training.
Job Placement: Upon completing the course, Shine Airways assured me that I would be placed at Ludhiana Airport. However, upon contacting the airport authorities, I discovered that there was no ongoing recruitment and that they had no affiliation with Shine Airways.
Lack of Response: Post this revelation, I attempted to contact Shine Airways and Eroze Academy multiple times to resolve the issue or get a refund. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my calls or emails.
Supporting Evidence:
Payment receipts for the course fee.
Email and call logs documenting communication with Shine Airways and Eroze Academy.
Verification details from Ludhiana Airport confirming no such recruitment.
Impact:
Financial Loss: INR 30,000 paid for the fraudulent course.
Emotional Distress: The false promises and subsequent realization of the scam have caused significant emotional strain and stress.
Request for Action:
I urge you to investigate this matter urgently. I request the following actions to be taken:
A thorough investigation into the fraudulent practices of Shine Airways and Eroze Academy.
Full refund of the course fee (INR 30,000).
Appropriate penalties and legal actions against these entities to prevent them from defrauding others.
I hope this matter will be addressed promptly to ensure justice and to prevent further exploitation of individuals seeking employment in the aviation sector
