I recently placed an order for a heavy-duty vegetable slicer from your company, JD-MYSHOP. The payment method I selected was cash on delivery.
I received the product on 15th August 2023, which was in the color Blue. Unfortunately, upon inspection, it became apparent that the product is defective and does not meet the expected quality standards. In light of this, I promptly raised a return request on the same day of delivery.
A representative from that company visited my location on 16th July 2023 to collect the product for return. However, I was informed that the return could not be processed due to an alleged discrepancy in the color of the product. I would like to clarify that during the ordering process, there was no option provided to select a specific color. Therefore, I did not place an order for any particular color variation.
The representative assured me that the issue would be resolved and that the product would be collected from my place within a day. However, it has now been three days since the visit, and I have yet to receive any updates or response regarding the return and refund process.
