Despite repeated attempts to contact GLAMYO through email, website, and social media, I received no response. Further, my account on their website was deactivated, hindering my ability to access information or seek resolution.
This lack of communication and service delivery has not only caused me financial loss but also significant inconvenience and concern. I believe GLAMYO’s practices fall short of professional standards and raise concerns about consumer protection in this industry.
Because of this company, I am suffering mentally, physically, and financially.
They are continuously deducting money from my bank every month and all my treatment has been spoiled because of them.
The shape of my teeth has become worse than before because of their poor aligners.
They will have to pay the damages for this. I also want to tell other companies doing this kind of work to pay attention to this and also request all the doctors and dentists to support me.
I also request all the dentist organizations, associations, etc. to take appropriate steps in this matter.
I urge others who have faced similar experiences with GLAMYO to share their stories and consider filing complaints with the Consumer Court, relevant dental associations, and authorities. By working together, we can hold companies like GLAMYO accountable and ensure better consumer protection in the future.
