Hello Jio Fiber Team,

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding my Jio AirFiber installation, which has been pending for the last four days. I have already made the payment a few days ago, and the installation is still not completed. My appointment details for the Postpaid Jio AirFiber connection are attached, along with the transaction proof and SMS/emails received from Jio.Order Reference Number: NO0001A7AEIA

Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my case, Paritosh (9708191768), and his senior Amit (9155400770) have shown very unprofessional and rude behavior. The installation has been repeatedly rescheduled without any update or resolution. Despite several attempts, the technician has not responded properly. Additionally, I have tried contacting Jio customer care multiple times, but the calls are not getting connected or providing any support.This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I request immediate action to complete the installation at the earliest. Kindly assign a responsible technician or escalate this matter to the concerned department.

I expect a quick resolution and start wifi immediately.
