I am visiting the web site of aadhaar cash and apply for loan first he said paid small charges but I have received one text message and I paid 249 rupees but again one more message arrived and he said paid 1250 rupees and 3rd message was arrived but he does not open and company is not replying me what should I do now please help me to refund my 1499 rupees please help me?
