Hi Team,
I am frustrated as I opted for an app and when trying to cancel, the Airtel app is not giving me the option. Also, when told the agent to transfer to the manager, they told that the manager is not available and they cannot do anything.
I am getting charge for Zee5 Subscription since past 9 months. I know and I admit that I opted for the subscription. However, after 3 months I tried to cancel it. However, i am not allowed to and the agent also told that they will cannot cancel it. I already confirmed it with Zee5 that the subscription was cancelled 3 months before. Now for what reason they are charging me?
Please help me as I am paying extra since past 6 months with no joy.
I have attached the screenshot as well as pathetic call recording for today’s call as well. Hoping that you will be able to understand the gray area of the customer.
