With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the network and internet connection has not worked indoors for the last 3 month. I have made several calls on customer care and visit airtel center and also complaint in airtel thanks app but I haven’t get proper response. I saw your advertisement for airtel fixing such type of internet,network and no signal issue so I am requesting you otherwise I have to port my no in VI or jio.
Because now it is very difficult to wait for this.
It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
